The is where Knight of the Month will be posted

Joe was responsible for beer collection for the Parish Block Party and opened and closed while grilling Corn. He always brings fun to every event and has a servant’s attitude for our Council. He Spearheaded the Peach distribution and Sales and put in a tremendous amount of work!! Jackie made incredible Peach ice Cream this year, improving on last years version. Joe, Jackie and their 2 kids are a wonderful family and great asset to Pax Christi.

Bill Miller is the Knight of the Month for the landscaping repairs that he coordinated at the rectory.  Bill led a crew of intrepid Knights (pictured Below), including Deacon Greg in addressing run off issues at the rectory.

It is our pleasure to select Gary Mayfield as our Knight of the Month for March 2014.  Gary is our Deputh Grand Knight and involves himself in every council activity, primarily as our chief cook. Specifically, Gary took most of the day away from work and his business to prepare the coleslaw, fish and fry the fish for our Lenten Fish Fries.  He not only did this during hte day but well into the evening as the Fish Fry event took place.  This is a prime example of Gary’s dedication and service to our council.

We are fortunaet to have men like Gary, who set an ideal example for others, of what the Knights are all about.
